Leadership Coaching

The leadership coaching program involves identifying key leadership skills from a list of ten essential competencies. These skills will be selected through a diagnostic process.

 

The program includes structured six-month coaching sessions that culminate in the creation of a personalized leadership development plan.

Ability to inspire and motivate teams by articulating a compelling vision for the future.

2. Strategic Thinking

Capacity to think strategically and align actions with organizational goals and objectives.

3. Execution and Results Orientation

Focus on achieving desired outcomes and delivering measurable results.

Ability to convey information clearly and effectively to others.

5. Team building and collaboration

Ability to foster a culture of teamwork, trust, and collaboration within the team.

6. Strategic Networking

Ability to build and leverage relationships both internally and externally to advance organizational goals and opportunities.

7. Empowerment and delegation

Ability to empower others and delegate tasks effectively.

8. Emotional Intelligence and people skills

Capacity to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, superiors, and subordinates.

9. Cultural Intelligence

Sensitivity and adaptability to diverse cultural backgrounds and perspectives, fostering inclusivity and collaboration.

10. Adaptability and Change Management 

Flexibility and openness to change in dynamic work environments.
