Chief Advancement Officer,
Northfield Mount Hermon School
Mo facilitated training sessions using a variety of organizational development tools for several of our sub-teams and has worked one on one with each of our individual team members, making himself highly valuable to all.
When I arrived at NMH less than two years ago, I was delighted to learn of Mo’s work with us. When I actually met him, I was even more excited by the prospect of continuing our work with him. And now that I have had the privilege of partnering with him, I consider him an integral part of our team who helps to enhance our success every day! It is hard to ask for more.

Talking with Mo it was apparent that his background was much deeper than Predictive Index and he soon became a personal resource and sounding board as we addressed cultural and talent challenges at PTA. Mo provided valuable insight based on his experience and soon, we retained him to facilitate the launch of our next phase of strategic planning, and successfully identified priorities and established teams to move our strategic planning forward. Our leaders and managers responded well to his style, to the way he challenged them to be better, forced them to be open and honest, assuring no hidden agendas would tank the process. Mo is a wonderful colleague and a trusted advisor.

As part of our leadership development initiatives, PTD engaged Dr. Mo Sattar for various coaching engagements over the last few years. Mo Sattar's previous background in sales and marketing allows him to effectively connect with the coaching participants as he understands the business environment, dynamic venue that these professionals work in day-to-day and can apply sound coaching principles that are appropriate for our Senior Management Team. Organizations looking to employ coaching in conjunction with their overall leadership development initiatives would be well served with an engagement with Mo.

Mo Sattar is passionate about bringing out the best in people. Yes, he brings to the table years of experience in both his professional and academic career but what makes Mo unique is his ability to identify the skills and leadership qualities of those with whom he is serving. His work not only educates people about their particular strengths and abilities, but his dynamic coaching gives them the confidence to put those skills to use in their lives and work. I have been fortunate enough to be a student and colleague of Mo’s and now get to engage him and his valuable training sessions to bring out the best in my team. He is inspirational, validating and his methods work!

I have worked with Mo Sattar at both organizational level and personal coaching level. Not only is Mo an expert in terms of the tools and methodologies, he is able to bring them down to a relatable level. At the end of the day, engaging with a coach should result in positive change, and I have found Mo’s insights and assistance invaluable in this regard. He can quickly engage with a situation, understand the individuals and dynamics at play, and help move things in a constructive direction. I highly recommend Mo as a coach at both the Leadership and Organizational levels.

Mo led a productive professional development session on the D.I.S.C. and team building for our admissions office. His expertise in the four personality categories was evident, and his ability to make the information relevant to our specific context was exceptional. He skillfully guided our admissions office in setting realistic goals and was remarkably persistent in offering support and checking on our progress. As the supervisor in the office, he was helpful in providing me with insights about managing over-achieving team members better, something one doesn’t always give enough attention to. He has provided training for other offices at our school, and they have been pleased with his work as well.

If you’re wanting to elevate the effectiveness and collaboration between team members within your organization, Mo Sattar is one of the best out there to help to help you achieve goals utilizing the Predictive Index methodology. Mo not only effectively teaches and mentors new teams in implementing this organizational development tool but also helps to practically apply this by leveraging his many years of “hands-on” technical and operations management experience. Successful companies continue to demonstrate that their employees are their greatest assets for sustainable growth and Mo Sattar can be a vital resource in helping with the further growth of these people’s assets within your organization. With Much Gratitude!

My colleagues and I had a couple of productive and very insightful sessions with Mo. Mo introduced us to the DiSC format which explores better ways to communicate internally. We’ve all done these personality tests before, but this was entirely different because it was through the lens of self-awareness. Mo was an extraordinary and knowledgeable facilitator who provided a safe space and new tools to not only better understand ourselves, but also the people we work closely with. We learned about the behaviors that drive each of us and how we can communicate more effectively, with mutual respect while celebrating (instead of getting frustrated by) our differences. This was incredibly eye opening and made me think about things from an entirely new perspective. I highly recommend Mo.
